Whenever the words "board of commissioners," "board of county commissioners," or "board" in the sense that the word refers to the board of county commissioners are used in this code, those words shall mean the county council as established by the charter. The word "council" absent intention that it refers to another body, shall mean the county council. (Added by Ord. 80-001, May 1, 1980).
